Jules de Balincourt (1972) - Expats Ticos and Gringos, Hand-signed

Jules de Balincourt is known internationally for colorful, radiant paintings that meditate on the social, political, and cultural dynamics of an increasingly globalized world. Limited edition and hand-signed, THE SKATEROOM is proud to present Jules de Balincourt’s ‘Expats Ticos and Gringos,’ one such meditation, described by the artist himself as a direct reference to Costa Rica, a creative refuge where the artist spends much of his year trying to capture it in paint. But this is for the viewer to interpret for themselves. This art piece is released as a hand-signed pentaptych skateboard, in an edition size of 50. With every purchase of the pentaptych, you will receive an exclusive long-sleeve t-shirt from the Jules de Balincourt collaboration.
