M.a.s.k For the collector or lover of pure 80s nostalgia! Offered: a set of 5 original M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) action figures from manufacturer Kenner. Unique to this set is that all figures are practically complete with their original helmets/maskers. The masks are often the first thing to be lost, which makes this set very appealing for the collection. 1. Desert camouflage three-wheeler / quad • Name: Iguana (belongs to the villains’ organization V.E.N.O.M.). This vehicle was piloted by the character Lester Sludge and could transform into a mobile gun station. • Year: 1987 (from Series 3, also known as the "Racing Series"). 2. Red truck (folded / transformed) • Name: Detonator (belongs to the M.A.S.K. team, piloted by Jacques LaFleur). Originally this toy is a magenta/red Volkswagen Beetle that can split into two different combat vehicles (a hovercraft and a quad-bike). In the photo it is transformed into a kind of launch platform/truck. • Year: 1987 (from Series 4, the "Split Seconds" line). 3. Red quad with saw blades (top view and side) • Name: Iguana. It is Lester Sludge’s quad including the fold-out red saw blade on the back. • Year: 1987. 4. Green motorcycle with helicopter blades • Name: Condor (belongs to the M.A.S.K. team, piloted by Brad Turner). This is one of the most iconic and popular vehicles from the series; a green sports motorcycle that transforms with the push of a button into a helicopter. • Year: 1985 (belonged to the very first Series 1). 5. Red motorcycle / jet (diagonal top view) • Name: Vampire (belongs to V.E.N.O.M., piloted by Floyd Malloy). This red touring motorcycle can transform into a flying "Turbo Jet" by folding out the side panels as wings. • Year: 1986 (from Series 2). 6. Loose orange crossbike belongs to the larger vehicle named Firecracker. Year: 1985 (from the very first Series 1 toy line). The action figure set consists of: • Brad Turner (in yellow): He is the pilot of the Condor (a motorcycle that can transform into a helicopter). The yellow helmet lying above him is his accompanying Hocus Pocus mask. • Floyd Malloy (in black/red): He is a villain from the organization V.E.N.O.M. and the driver of the Vampire (a motorcycle that transforms into a jet). The red/black helmet is his Buckshot mask. • Hondo MacLean (in orange/purple): This is a rarer European Exclusive "Recolo" variant from 1987. Instead of his standard olive-green outfit, he was issued in Europe in this bright orange and purple color combination in a special figure-duopack. • Lester Sludge (in purple/silver). He is the driver of the Iguana vehicle (a quad that transforms into a mobile platform). The small brown/red helmet lying between the two figures is his accompanying Mudslinger mask.
