The resulting whisky boasts delightful layers of rich chocolate, dates, and herbaceous malt. Nose It begins with a herbal note of tobacco and tomato leaf, followed by fruity aromas of rhubarb, blackberries and orange. Palate Notes of chocolate mousse and Medjool dates are revealed on the palate alongside brown sugar and blackcurrants. Finish This ends with refreshing mint leaf, salted raisin, hazelnut dark chocolate and a touch of ash.
