Kleury.art - [XL MATTE PAPER] Industrial Blueprint 2.0...

LOT DETAILS Title of the artwork: Porsche 959 Komfort Artist: Kleury.art Edition: Limited edition of 5 copies Dimensions: 70x50 cm (horizontal development) Support: EMA Fine Art Paper (Enhanced Matte). The prestigious archival support ensures a smooth, opaque, dense surface completely free of reflections. The ultra-matte finish of EMA paper enhances the silver tones of the bodywork, the precision of the contours, the sharpness of the technical quotes and the warm ivory background tone, guaranteeing an impeccable color rendering and intergenerational museum-quality preservation. Technique: Digital technical illustration in a Technical Blueprint Plate style, inspired by homologation drawings and project plans. The work adopts a clean, geometric graphic language: solid color fields, inked sharp contours and soft shading that model the fluid surfaces of the bodywork, enriched with chains of dimensions and drawing-board axis lines. The four orthogonal projections are accompanied by captions in German, in homage to the car’s origins (Artificial Intelligence used to calculate the proportional projections, align the dimensions and technical texts, and optimize for fine art printing). Framing: Work sold unframed. Shipped with maximum care in a professionally reinforced protective tube. Authenticity: Digital Kleury.art stamp present on the work at bottom left; numbered digital certificate of authenticity, signed and paired with the EMA edition provided on request. THE WORK “Porsche 959 Komfort” is a sophisticated visual manifesto, visionary and of extraordinary technological value, dedicated to the supercar that in the 1980s anticipated the future of sports cars. Born as a project for Group B and winner of the Paris-Dakar in its rally variant, the 959 brought to the road revolutionary solutions for the time: electronically managed all-wheel drive PSK, sequential biturbo turbocharging, composite materials bodywork, and adjustable suspension. Produced in very few examples, it was one of the fastest and most advanced road cars of its era, and remains a pillar of Porsche history today. The work adopts a horizontal format and a layout reminiscent of a genuine development plate, entirely in German. In the upper left dominates the historic Stuttgart crest and the title “Porsche 959,” followed by the subtitle “Coupé / Komfort” in burgundy red and the label “1987 — Technische Studie.” On the right side, the number “959” traced in outline appears as a watermark on the ivory background. The heart of the composition consists of four views of the car in a refined silver-gray, with captions numbered in burgundy red and chains of dimensions reminiscent of the original development drawings: 01 / Seitenansicht (side view), which reveals the smooth, enveloping profile, with air intakes sculpted in front of the rear wheels, exhaust grills behind the wheel arches, five-spoke wheels and the distinctive integrated rear wing. 02 / Vorderansicht (front view), which highlights the round headlights, the sculpted hood and the enveloping bumper with side air intakes. 03 / Heckansicht (rear view), with the continuous light strip bearing the Porsche lettering, the arched spoiler, the side grills and the twin exhaust outlets. 04 / Draufsicht (top view), with the central axis line, which shows the widened rear track, the cabin, the rear window and the air intake grille on the wing. The lower section houses the technical data sheet of the 1987 Porsche 959 Komfort, laid out like a project table and accompanied by a small Porsche emblem: Engine: six-cylinder boxer biturbo, 2849 cm³, delivering 331 kW (450 HP) at 6500 rpm and a maximum torque of 500 Nm at 5500 rpm. Transmission: PSK all-wheel drive and 6-speed manual transmission. Performance: top speed of 317 km/h and 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.7 seconds. Dimensions: length 4260 mm, width 1840 mm, height 1280 mm, wheelbase 2300 mm, and curb weight 1450 kg. THE ARTIST’S WORDS “With ‘Porsche 959 Komfort’ I wanted to tell the moment when Porsche imagined the future. The 959 was a laboratory on wheels: intelligent all-wheel drive, sequential turbochargers, composite materials, adjustable suspensions. Technologies we take for granted today and which back then seemed like science fiction. Yet beneath all this innovation, the silhouette of the 911 is still recognizable, only more fluid, wider, and sculpted by the wind. For this plate I wanted a layout different from the others in the series, with dimension chains and a technical data sheet structured like a development table, to evoke the drawings of Weissach’s engineers. I chose the Komfort version, the one meant for the road, and a metallic silver that enhances the softness of its surfaces. The biggest challenge was rendering the complexity of the shapes in a graphic style made of clean contours and solid fills. I selected EMA Fine Art paper because its completely matte finish yields soft, velvety silver tones, without reflections, and makes the reading of the dimensions as sharp as on an archival document. I hope this plate brings into spaces a vision of a pioneering era, the cult of engineering innovation, and the timeless charm of Porsche tradition.” ARTIST INFORMATION Kleury.art consolidates its prestigious elite production on EMA archival paper, confirming extraordinary visual culture and unparalleled stylistic mastery. Moving with absolute ease from the chromatic splendor of sports to the world of pop and rock icons on canvas, to Toy Surrealism irony, to classic Baroque reinterpretation and captivating oriental woodblock-inspired plates, the artist confirms with this line of technical patents as one of the most versatile, complete, and internationally collected digital signatures.
