L7 Matrix (XX-XXI) - Alaska Street

L7 Matrix - Alaska Street Original work created in 2020, in acrylic and aerosol on canvas. Dimensions: 80 x 60 cm. In Alaska Street, L7 Matrix brings forth a feminine face from a jumble of lines and textures. The gaze, finely worked, contrasts with the spontaneous gestures that traverse the composition. The shades of blue, white and black give the portrait a soft and mysterious atmosphere. The Brazilian artist Luis G. Martins L7matrix was only 13 when he first encountered spray paintings. This experience opened the door to many experiences to come that the artist named L7matrix was about to realize. While exploring mixtures for his work, Luis tried many techniques and ultimately created his unique approach using Chinese ink, latex, pastel and acrylic. He likes to use traditional tools: those like the spray, the acrylic and sometimes even Coca! He has entered the art world with all his heart and all his feelings are focused on street art, where he fuses graffiti with abstract art and nature.
