Labelled Joseph Rocca 4/4 - - Violin - Unknown

Hello, dear customer. You have here the possibility, to buy an old violin with label inside. On the pictures is to be seen, that it is an old and nice instrument. It is a full size violin (whole length: 588 mm, body: 354 mm, upper bouts: 166 mm; middle bouts: 115 mm; lower bouts: 209 mm) with label inside: Joseph Rocca fecit Taurini anno Domini 1845 The violin is in a very good condition, but there are repaired cracks on the violin!!! Violins and bows described as 'certified' or 'attributed' include images of their certificates and are therefore considered to have a higher degree of documented certainty regarding maker, origin, and age than instruments described only as 'labelled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we provide no guarantee of any kind
