Characteristic authentic bronze desk lamp from the period circa 1920-1930. This stylish table lamp is made of solid bronze with a beautiful, warm original patina. The lamp has a gracefully curved arm and stands on an oval bronze foot finished with subtle decorative relief details at the base. The lamp is adjustable at two points thanks to the hinges at the foot and under the socket, allowing the light emission to be set as desired. At the top there is an authentic porcelain/ceramic fitting with a classic white rotary switch and threading at the bottom for mounting a glass shade. Specifications: Object: Desk lamp / Writing desk lamp Style: Art Déco / Art Nouveau Estimated period: circa 1920 - 1930 Material: Bronze, porcelain/ceramics (fitting) Condition: In very nice vintage condition with an authentic aged patina on the bronze. The lamp is supplied with a black cord and plug. (Wiring for daily use can optionally be checked by the buyer). The lamp works well if you put a bulb in. A high-quality and timeless lighting object that fits excellently in a classic, industrial or Art Déco interior.
