Lampe de Table Art Déco – Style « Mazda » – France, vers 1930-1940

Art Deco Table Lamp – “Mazda” Style – France, late 1930s–early 1940s Elegant and imposing table or desk lamp in Art Deco style, probably manufactured in France around 1930–1940. Its design recalls French industrial luminaires of that period, notably some Mazda-style productions, with a slender silhouette and a wide white enameled sheet metal reflector. The lamp harmoniously combines a turned wood shaft and base, brass elements, and a large white enamelled metal lampshade. The whole presents a beautiful patina of time that gives it a lot of character and authenticity.
