Large collection of mixed Fossil Shark Teeth - Fossil...

Large collection of more than 200 fossil shark teeth, including two Carcharocles sokolovi's (ancestor of the Megalodon). These have largely been collected by myself during a 4-week expedition to Western Sahara in late 2012. The shark teeth come from the Eocene (Priabonian) and are between 38 and 33.9 million years old. Many teeth are damaged but there are also many sharp-pointed ones. The species of shark teeth included in the lot are: Alopias alamabensis Galeocerdo sp. Hemipristus curvatus Abdounia sp Physogaleus sp. Carcharias twiggensis Negaprion frequens Physogaleus sp Isurus preacursor Galeocerdo eaglesomi Carcharocles sokolowi (these are the two largest teeth. These are in natural state but with damage, dimensions 7.5 cm and 7.6 cm) Carefully packed and sent by registered mail and insured. No reserve price!
