This impressive large Moroccan Boujad rug is a newly handwoven Berber carpet distinguished by its abundant diamond motifs, expressive composition, and vibrant yet balanced color palette. The design unfolds across a soft powdery pink background, animated by multicolored geometric symbols in tones of ochre, mustard yellow, burgundy, black, olive green, mint, and plum. The rhythm of the diamonds, varying in size and color, creates a lively yet harmonious surface that reflects the spontaneous artistic language typical of Boujad weaving. Subtle horizontal color blocks near the lower section add depth and movement, giving the rug a contemporary, almost painterly presence. Entirely handmade using traditional Berber techniques, this piece combines authenticity with a strong decorative impact, making it ideal for large living spaces.
