LEGO Set - 1687 - Classic Town - Midnight Transport

This set was released as a 'limited release'. There is no list of countries in which this set was released, but since the building instructions are only sold in North America (ours should come from Canada) it seems more likely that the set was mainly sold there. Complete down to the last brick, this set is overcomplete since we have added an extra bus AND an extra helicopter. It is claimed that this LEGO set was meant to represent LEGO's first drug transport. Midnight, all black, lots of briefcases (9) with money... Two new sets 'gold coins' added. The original set had 245 pieces and 3 minifigs and 6 briefcases, but by adding extra vehicles this has become considerably more. The whole thing is delivered built. It is excellently packaged and shipped with PostNL according to the rates set by Catawiki. Purchasers can, for an additional fee, opt for registered shipping.
