Lind & Lime - London Dry Gin – Scottish - 70cl - 3 bottles

Lind & Lime Gin (Port of Leith) Port of Leith Distillery presents Lind & Lime Gin, an organic London Dry Gin at 44% ABV, crafted in Leith, Edinburgh. Inspired by Dr James Lind and the maritime history of the port, it is made with seven botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, orris, fresh lime peel and pink peppercorns. On the nose it is fresh and vibrant, with juniper, zesty lime and a touch of pink peppercorn. The palate is balanced and silky: classic juniper, bright lime citrus and a subtle spicy warmth. The finish is clean, dry and refreshing. A high-quality Scottish gin, perfect for a G&T with lime or in classic cocktails. Balance, freshness and the spirit of Leith in every sip.
