Alla auktioner / Belysning / Lipparini - Chandelier - Murano glass - Chandelier
Chandelier, a refined piece of Italian modern design, a vintage original model signed by the manufacturing company Lipparini. Structure Mechanical and FinishesThe Brass Body: The entire supporting framework is made of cast metal with a precious brushed and matte brass patina, typical of Continental Mid-Century style. The central connecting element receives and distributes the metal arms through soft, sinuous, and anatomical lines that recall organic and vegetal shapes.Geometry of the Arms: From the central core three curved arms radiate outward and then gracefully fold upward into a U-shape. Each arm ends with a shaped fitting to house the two diffusers and features a spear-shaped ornamental tip oriented toward the ceiling, giving vertical movement to the composition.Upper mounting Murano Glass DiffusersLeaf-Wrapped Form: The defining element of the design consists of the majestic handcrafted Murano glass diffusers, molded in the shape of curled leaves or petals that spiral around themselves.Texture “Rugiadosa” / Graniglia: The surface treatment of the transparent glass features a dense white glass granularity on the inner surface. This satin, granular finish creates an icy effect that allows optimal and soft refraction of light, concealing the inner bulb and distributing illumination in a warm, soft way in the room, without glare. Style and Spatial PlacementThe design masterfully blends the geometric and luxurious traits of Art Deco with the fluid lines of organic modernism from the 1970s and 1980s. Thanks to its sculptural aesthetics and the combination of noble materials such as Venetian art glass and brass, this chandelier is ideal as a focal point above a formal dining table or in the center of an elegant living room.
