We present an exceptional and rare original Louis Vuitton men's tailoring bust mannequin, sourced from a lot of official displays and shop windows of the famous luxury house, used in retail spaces to showcase the brand's clothing and leather goods. This piece stands out for its imposing stage presence and large size, as well as for its absolutely top-tier craftsmanship. The unit consists of a light fabric-covered bust mounted on an adjustable-height support rod and supported by a substantial chrome-plated tripod base of notable thickness, exceptionally solid and heavy. A highly versatile feature are the solid wood articulated arms (fully jointed at shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers): they are entirely removable, and the bust is supplied with its two matching shoulder covers/arm guards, allowing the mannequin to be displayed either in full version with movable arms or in a classic bust version without arms. In addition, two interchangeable end caps for the bust base are included, one with a chrome finish and one with an elegant gold finish. A key added value for the completeness of the lot is the presence of its original cream-colored fabric carry bag with dark brown drawstrings, details that unmistakably echo the brand's iconic color combinations and packaging. On the back is the official Louis Vuitton mark, confirming its direct provenance from the brand's boutique displays. The mannequin is in overall excellent conservation condition. Only a few natural signs of vintage wear are noted, such as light scratches on the wooden shaft from height adjustment and very small, negligible stains on the fabric that do not affect its visual impact. Structurally, only the absence of a small magnetic nail cover on one of the inner joints of the arm is noted—a completely invisible detail and not perceptible from the outside during display.
