MARANTZ DR-17 Audio CD Player/Recorder The DR 17 invites us into the world of high definition; the finest details are faithfully reproduced. Of course you can record CDs to a computer, but the Marantz DR 17 is designed to ensure very high-quality copies, because all components are above any suspicion! It recognizes the HDCD standard. Whatever the source sampling rate, it converts to 44.1 kHz (the CD audio standard). Of course you can also copy vinyl records: to separate the tracks, simply press a pushbutton between each track. Particularly noteworthy is the superb craftsmanship. No plastic in sight. Even the remote control uses metal. The unit presented here is in an absolutely exceptional condition. No signs of wear.
