Original old and large half-model, diorama of a sailing ship of the Flying "P" Liner, from the Ferdinand Laeisz Shipping Company, Imperial Navy, around 1900/1910 , all made of wood, including the sails, behind real glass, flagged with the flag of the Laeisz Shipping Company, pennant of the Bremer Speckflag and the flag of the German Empire 1.21 meters x 0.90 meters and about 13 cm deep , in very good condition for its age and clean inside. Such dioramas were built by sailors on their often months- to years-long sea voyages and then glassed later on land. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies are to be forgiven by most laypeople; they were sailors and not shipbuilders, but that is precisely what gives it its certain flair Due to its size and delicacy, pickup only; item location Bad Lauterberg
