Drakkar candle holder by Max Le Verrier (1891-1973), model number 632 in the Le Verrier catalog (catalog page shown in photo). Bronze with a nuanced green patina, with gilded highlights on the edge, the frieze and the volutes. Drakkar shape topped with two dragon heads, geometric frieze around the rim, central cup for a candle. Signed M. Le Verrier in an oval cartouche under the base. Art Deco period. Condition: good overall condition, slight patina wear due to age, see photos. Origin: France. Dimensions: width 15 cm. Shipping: careful packaging (bubble wrap and rigid cardboard), tracked and insured shipping.
