A highly refined piece with a geometric and stylized floral motif. The weave is enriched with lattice areas and fabric stitches (semi-filled) that give extraordinary depth and stability to the design. The lower edge is splendidly finished with a scalloped profile and festoons, while the right end still retains the original, filé fringes derived from the closure of the piece.
