The final and highest denomination of this important series of notes printed in Russia for Mongolia that unfortunately appear to have never been issued. Indeed, Mongolia in the early 1920s was in an uproar as it sought its independence from China. This 25 Dollar remainder is generally considered to be among the scarcest denominations, along with the 50 Cents. PMG Comments "Small Tear."
