Here we present a piece with bold, ultra-technological design, one of the most beloved writing instruments for its “industrial” look and incredible sturdiness: the Montblanc StarWalker Midnight Black Metal Ballpoint Pen. This version clearly stands apart from resin models due to its weight and feel: the body and cap are made of metal with a matte ruthenium finish, adorned with a dense series of diamond-cut horizontal rings. The finishes are also plated in dark ruthenium, giving the pen a stealthy and extremely modern aesthetic. The iconic element remains the transparent dome at the top of the cap, inside which floats the famous Montblanc emblem, symbol of the space exploration that inspires the collection. The overall conservational state is assessable as in excellent condition, albeit with a small sign of use. As always, in the name of your usual transparency, it is necessary to report a very slight, almost invisible dent on the metallic surface (as documented in the close-up photos). Because this is a fully metal pen, it is a detail that does not in the least compromise its structural integrity or overall beauty, but it testifies to real everyday use. The twist mechanism is smooth and perfect. The lot is enhanced by its original set, including the Montblanc case with coordinated interior."
