Montblanc - Writers Edition Hommage à J.P

A0000004857 The fountain pen is in very good overall condition, displaying an elegant and cared-for presence typical of a high-end collectible piece. The body in solid sterling silver 925 correctly retains its original grooved lines, with a uniform shine and excellent definition in the engravings and manufacturing contrasts. The cap perfectly preserves the characteristic black and gold geometric pattern inspired by the Art Déco style, one of the most distinctive elements of this Writers Edition dedicated to J.P. Morgan. The metal details show only ultra-light micro-scratches from minimal handling and in keeping with the piece’s age, with no major dents, deformations, or structural losses. The two-tone 18-karat white gold nib is in excellent visual and functional condition. The piston-filling system operates smoothly and precisely. The pen has been inspected and checked prior to sale, ensuring proper operation. The individual number “1036/4810” remains perfectly visible, confirming its belonging to the official Montblanc Writers Edition Hommage à J.P. Morgan. The original Montblanc box and documentation are included, elements particularly valued by collectors and that significantly increase the interest and value of the set. Care recommendations: use high-quality fountain pen inks and avoid pigmented inks. Clean with warm water if not used for a while and dry completely before storage. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Operate the filling system gently to preserve the internal mechanism. Includes the original Montblanc box and documentation. Happy bidding!
