VIEUX CALVADOS MORIN EXTRA - Appellation Calvados Contrôlée One original bottle from a family cellar, never opened. - Selected by Pierre Morin, Ivry-la-Bataille (Eure), a respected Calvados house founded in 1889. - Bottled at 44%, higher than the current Morin range (40%), indicating an older bottling. - Bottled for the Italian market: imported by Spirit S.p.A., Genova. - Italian state tax strips over the wax seal, fully legible: "Imposta fabbricazione acquavite di frutta - Contrassegno di Stato - litri 0,700 - Serie D - N° 714206", with the emblem of the Italian Republic. - Wax seal and tax strips intact: the bottle has never been opened. - Bottle base embossed "70 cl - 63 mm" with the European measuring-container mark, consistent with [1980s] bottling. - Volume: 70 cl / ABV: 44% CONDITION - Unopened. - Fill level: at the base of the neck, very good for its age (see photos). - Original "aged cellar" dusted finish on the glass, applied by the producer as part of the presentation (not cleaned, left as original). - Wax seal slightly pitted with age, tax strips intact. - Label complete with age-related wear (see photos).
