A bold and architectural statement of vintage Art Deco revival silversmithing, this substantial cocktail ring is cast in solid 925 sterling silver with fine antique oxidation. The rectangular head displays a stepped, trapezoidal halo encrusted with sparkling pavé-set pyrite marcasites accented by grooved corner channels. Bezel-set in the center is an emerald-cut natural red gemstone (almandine garnet or red glass/spinel) glowing with deep wine-red to burgundy fire and crisp beveled faceting. Pierced tear-shaped windows detail the raised side galleries, leading down to a wide, tapering shank stamped with an authentic 925 silver purity hallmark on the interior.
