Nokia - Viola 350 Radio

Beautiful vintage Nokia Viola 350, a stylish 3-band stereo table radio with a distinctive retro design, two integrated speakers and a handsome dark wood-look cabinet. This distinctive radio combines the classic look of the 1970s with the functionality of a full stereo receiver. An attractive collectible for lovers of vintage audio equipment, classic radios and nostalgic Scandinavian design. Classic Nokia Viola 350 The Nokia Viola 350 is a striking tabletop radio from the era when radios were not only functional devices but also an important part of the interior decor. The unit has a wide, low profile with a dark casing, two large silver-colored speaker grilles and a centrally positioned control panel. The symmetrical layout and the combination of black, silver metal and wood texture give the radio an elegant and timeless appearance. The design harmonizes nicely with classic Hi-Fi equipment from the 1960s and 1970s. Three reception ranges – FM, MW and LW The Nokia Viola 350 is equipped with three separate reception ranges: * FM (UKW): for receiving FM radio stations. * MW (medium wave): for receiving AM radio stations. * LW (long wave): for receiving longwave stations. On the clear tuning scale the frequencies are clearly indicated, as well as various historic European radio stations and transmission sites. The tuning scale has a black background with white inscriptions and a light vertical tuning indicator, which gives a characteristic vintage look. On the left side of the display there is also the designation FM-STEREO, with a red indicator window. Integrated stereo sound A notable feature of this radio is the presence of two integrated speakers, symmetrically placed on either side of the central control panel. The speakers are protected by beautiful silver perforated metal grilles. This setup gives the unit its recognizable wide appearance and makes it suitable as a standalone table radio without external speakers. The radio features separate controls for: * Volume: adjustment of the sound level. * Balance: distribution of sound between left and right channels. * Tone: adjustment of timbre. * Tuning: manual tuning of radio stations. * Mono: switch to mono. * LW, MW and FM: individual push buttons for the different reception ranges. The silver knobs form a nice contrast with the black control panel. Timeless vintage design The Nokia Viola 350 stands out for its broad, horizontal shape and restrained color combination. The dark-colored top has a lovely wood texture, while the front is dominated by two large metal speaker grilles. The central display with the original Nokia label and the model name Viola 350 reinforces the authentic character. Thanks to the combination of clean lines, metal accents and classic controls, this radio fits perfectly in a retro, vintage, industrial or mid-century modern interior. Also as a decorative object on a sideboard, desk, bookshelf or in a collection of classic audio equipment, the unit stands out particularly well.
