Nordmende - CD 1050 'Serviced' Audio-cassette deck

The Nordmende CD 1050 is a vintage hi-fi cassette deck (and therefore not a CD player, despite the letters "CD" in the model name, which at the time stood for Cassette Deck). The device was produced between 1978 and 1980 by the German electronics brand Nordmende (produced in Japan) and was often part of the well-known Philharmonic HiFi System series. Key specifications Type: Stereo cassette deck with front load and 2 heads (1 recording/playing head, 1 erasing head). Track system: 4-track, 2-channel stereo. Noise cancellation: Equipped with Dolby B. Suitable tapes: Type I (Normal), CrO2 (Chrome) and FeCr (Ferro-Chrome). Housing: Metal housing, supplied in silver or black. Dimensions: 440 x 147 x 317 mm.
