Nutcracker (2) - Wood

Antique nutcrackers. The largest, 25 x 7 x 10 cm, is an antique, hand-carved lever nutcracker in the shape of a man or a gnome. This is characteristic of traditional Black Forest wood carving, folk art from the early 20th century. The other is a vintage, hand-carved nutcracker, is 20 x 9 x 3 cm and originates from Scandinavia. This features detailed wood carving with intricate geometric patterns. By placing the nut in the beak and squeezing the handles toward each other, the nut is cracked. The weight is 390 grams, excluding packaging.
