Wooden paste sculpture of the Immaculate Conception, Olot, Christian art. Marks on the back, Christian art Early 20th century. Small defect on the nose, see photographs – halo missing The figure represents the Virgin Mary standing, with her gaze raised and her hands crossed over the chest, in a composition of marked devotional character. At her feet there is a cloud base with three cherubs, which complete the composition and reinforce its celestial character. It bears marks on the back related to its manufacture in Christian art workshops. The piece preserves its original polychromy with signs of use and age corresponding to its time. It presents a small defect in the nose area, visible in the photographs. Measurements: Height: 70 cm Width: 30 cm
