Paco Guzmán (1970) - Abstracción C3 - No Reserve

Oil-on-canvas painting measuring 44x79 cm; the work has 6 cm of canvas excess around all sides to avoid problems when stretching it on the frame. The piece ships with a certificate of authenticity. For safety, the artwork is sent inside a rigid, waterproof cardboard tube with caps. In "Abstracción C3," Paco Guzmán presents a suggestive formal exploration where modern geometry interlaces with fluid, organic shapes. The work stands out for a solid structure of vertical bands that fragment and reorganize the composition, creating a constant visual dynamism that invites the viewer to traverse the canvas. "Abstracción C3" is a contemporary work, perfect for refined abstract art collections as well as modern spaces and high-end interior design, contributing elegance, sophistication, and personality. Paco Guzmán, born in 1970 in Ulldecona, Tarragona, is a Spanish graphic artist, painter, and caricaturist. From an early age, he showed notable drawing talent, creating caricatures of his teachers and classmates. Although he initially leaned toward comics, he soon moved toward impressionist painting and caricature. In 1992, he began his painting career as a self-t-taught artist, focusing on classical motifs such as still lifes. His passion for art led him to dedicate himself fully to painting and caricature, creating caricatures of friends and tourists, which allowed him to refine his technique. Between 1997 and 2002, he studied at the Esardi school in Amposta, in collaboration with Llotja de Barcelona, specializing in painting techniques and mural painting. During this period, he left his factory job to focus on his artistic studies, supporting himself through occasional work and street art. Throughout his career, Guzmán has developed an eclectic style, combining contemporary painting with caricature. He published the book "901 Caricaturas," which collects more than one hundred caricatures of famous characters, created with various techniques such as acrylic on canvas, digital painting, oil on canvas, and graphite on paper. He has also participated in exhibitions such as "Anatomia de les ànimes i visions caricaturesques" at the Espai Expositiu DeltArt in Deltebre, where he presented works created during lockdown, reflecting an evolution in his technique and creativity.
