Pair of German Miniature Novelty Wood Wall Clocks

A pair of vintage miniature novelty wall clocks, likely mid-20th century, crafted from painted wood and composite board. The first clock features a rectangular light blue background with a painted clown figurine in a red and yellow polka-dot suit, holding a violin and bow; the white dial is located on the clown's torso with black Arabic numerals and is marked GERMANY in black capital letters between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions. The second clock is a shaped case depicting a girl figurine in a blue dress with red and white polka-dot sleeves, holding a small doll, with a blue dial integrated into the dress featuring white Arabic numerals. Both mechanical movements are weight-driven and include original brass weights on chains, brass pendulums, and metal winding keys. The reverse of the clown clock features a white adhesive label reading OH 15.00 and a second label reading Box in parts w/ drawer pendulum.
