The diamond-shaped maker's mark features the initials PF with an eagle, attributed to Paul Frey, Paris, circa 1890. Design & Decoration The elongated, tapering crystal body features elegant côtes plates (flat-cut facets), beautifully decorated with finely engraved floral motifs, delicate foliage and ornamental garlands.
