Pendant in yellow gold 18K, with fine pearls. This octagonal gem features an openwork circle motif and is adorned with fine pearls. It holds a cameo on 4-layer agate representing the left profile of a busty woman. The back opens like a medallion to accommodate a photo or a lock of hair. The brooch is held in place by a pin with safety hook, which can be bent and unscrewed to wear the jewel as a pendant. The removable clasp is in the shape of an openwork fleur-de-lis.
