Peter Coltrin Racing in Color 1954-1959 (No. 707/1710) by Peter Coltrin; Chris Nixon. Published by Automobilia 2003. Text in English, French and Italian. Pages 160. Hardcover met stofomslag (de stofomslag heeft enkele lichte beschadigingen, zie foto's). Peter Coltrin became famous and popular for his black and white photographs, but his early colour work, never before published, is truly extraordinary. Peter Coltrin Racing in Color 1954-1959 contains over 200 photographs with a careful and accurate commentary written by Chris Nixon, a world-renowned author in motorsport and a close friend of Peter Coltrin. Published in 2003, it is intended to offer a truly unique insight into an emblematic period in motor sport of which very few colour photographs exist. Peter's widow, Gabriella Coltrin, wrote the emotional preface. Peter Coltrin Racing in Color 1954-1959 is a limited edition of only 1500 numbered copies. Text in English, French and Italian. Also available in a leather-bound edition, limited to 210 copies.
