Philips B7X94A/19 – Tube Radio Stereo (1959–1960) – Excellent Condition I’m selling a splendid Philips B7X94A/19, authentic jewel of Philips production from the late 1950s, one of the most sought-after models in the Bi-Ampli / Stereo series. A device that is not just a radio: it’s a piece of history, a decorative object, a symbol of an era in which sound was warm, vivid, tangible. - Fully functional - Excellent preservation, practically like new - Original Philips plate with model and serial number - Only detail: the small plastic panel protecting the side membrane has come loose, easily repairable without any replacement - Glossy wood, clear vocal range, original buttons - Width: 62 cm - Height: 35 cm - Depth: 28 cm - Valve technology - Bi-Ampli system: separate amplification for basses and highs - Real stereo - Bands: LW, MW, SW, FM - PU (Pickup) input for turntable - Power: about 2×4 W - Multiple speakers with lateral dispersion - EM80 eye tube 1959–1960, the full boom of European modernist design. An icon of Philips, among the last great valve radios before the transistor era. This radio is not just a object: it is a piece of sonic memory, a fragment of an era when the family gathered around music, the distant voices captured by shortwave waves, the early FM programs. Turning it on today means reviving a warm, soft, three-dimensional sound, impossible to imitate with modern technology. It is a piece that decorates, tells a story, moves.
