Full-length red tint throughout with evident "macro-lettering" creating an "L-shaped" underprint underlaid beneath much of the design. Vignette of a paddlewheel steamer left of center with large rounded "3" counter below opposite the title block and associate guarantee text. Portrait of Columbia at right below an intricate counter emblazoned "3." A total of (6) rounded POCs are concurrent with the signature panels and can be seen above both imprints.
