As the model comes from production data of VEB Presu and dates from the period between 1967 and 1972, the toy is today proudly 54 to 59 years old (about 55 years). An original DDR electric remote-controlled toy car from the renowned manufacturer VEB Presu (Vereinigte Südthüringer Spielwarenwerke Eisfeld). It is the rare blue model of the American road cruiser Chevrolet Impala Cabriolet from approximately 1967–1972. The toy is thus around 55 years old and is in an exceptionally good and well-maintained collector’s condition! Details on condition: • Vehicle: Very nice visual condition. The body shines a vivid blue, the chrome parts are very well preserved. Especially important: The original plastic windscreen is completely intact and not broken! • Remote control / cable: The control unit is optically flawless. The battery compartment inside is absolutely clean, dry and free of any rust or leaked acid (the brass contacts shine like new!). The gray cable is undamaged. • Original packaging (OVP): The original, era-typical illustrated green carton is included in the delivery and protects the model perfectly.
