Pusceddu Coltello Arburesa Pusceddu originale in punta di...

Arburesa Pusceddu original in ram's horn and satin stainless steel – 20.5 cm Description Fascinating traditional Sardinian knife, Arburesa Pusceddu model, made in the early 2000s according to the standards of the historic artisanal cutlery workshop in Arbus, one of Sardinia’s most renowned locations for working and dining blade production. This piece stands out for its characteristic handle in authentic ram's horn, a natural material highly valued for its sturdiness, ergonomics, and distinctive aesthetic. Each piece indeed shows unique grain patterns and shades that make the knife one of a kind. The satin stainless steel blade offers an elegant matte finish and provides excellent oxidation resistance. The classic Arburesa line, harmonious and functional, recalls Sardinian pastoral tradition, where these knives were used daily by shepherds, farmers, and artisans.
