Queen - Made In Heaven (1995) Rare Official EMI Standee Counter Display Promo

The item is a very rare promotional cardboard counter display (also known as a counter display or counter stand). It was distributed by the record label EMI in Italy in November 1995 on the occasion of the launch of the album "Made in Heaven", the fifteenth and last studio work by Queen recorded with Freddie Mercury's voice. Characteristics of the piece: • Upper section: It bears the label "11 new songs by Queen sung by Freddie Mercury" and shows the splendid photograph used for the back cover of the album (with John Deacon, Roger Taylor and Brian May with their backs to the camera on the shores of Lake Geneva in Montreux). • Lower section: It features the iconic front cover of the album with Freddie Mercury's statue in Montreux, the phrase "The last songs written and recorded by Freddie Mercury" and the complete tracklist of the songs with EMI and Parlophone logos at the bottom. • Collectible value: This is an official era promotional piece (not intended for sale in stores, but only for setting up at retail points or display counters in record stores), highly sought after by fans and collectors of the band. The two sections are separable. Overall dimensions of the display: h(height) 146 cm width 61.5 cm depth 5 cm Careful, trackable shipping. For shipments to islands outside Europe (e.g., Canary Islands, Madeira, etc.), some carriers apply a surcharge of 25 €. Pickup at my home in Novara (Italy) is possible. I do not ship to Russia.
