Quintino Scolavino (1945–2020) - Paesaggio innevato

Quintino Scolavino (1945–2020) - Abstract Figurative Composition Fascinating canvas work by master Quintino Scolavino, an important exponent of the vanguard and Italian contemporary art of the second half of the 20th century. The painting perfectly embodies the artist's most recognizable stylistic feature: a refined figurative-abstract composition in which stylized profiles and anthropomorphic bodies intersect harmoniously. The fluidity and brightness of the color fields (played on shades of blue, yellow, and with a vibrant red/orange accent) blend with a slender, graphic drawing that is clear and dynamic. A work of great visual impact, ideal for enriching contemporary art collections or for adding a touch of elegance and historicity to design environments. Quintino Scolavino (Naples, 1945 – 2020) was a central figure on the Italian art scene. Co-founder of the famous "Gruppo Studio P.66", he participated in pivotal stages of contemporary art, culminating in an invitation to the Venice Biennale in 1982. His works are historicized and included in the permanent collections of prestigious national museums, including the MADRE Museum in Naples. • Artist: Quintino Scolavino (1945–2020) Title: Figure and Shadows.
