Original painting by Quiona+. Unique work with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. The work is 100% original, with no prints of any kind. Her works are currently sold in international galleries for between €2,800 and €4,500, making it a piece highly valued by collectors and investors. Executed on Premium large-format canvas, ready to be stretched on a frame or framed directly. About the artist Quiona (Spain, 1987) is one of the most prominent urban artists and one of the most influential contemporary artists on the scene today. Trained in Applied Wall Arts and Art History, her work blends street art, stencil, and classical references, with a strong presence in international galleries and a growing profile in the art market. About the work... The painting features a classic female figure, depicted with an elegance reminiscent of Renaissance masterworks. The figure, dressed in historical attire, holds a box of McDonald’s french fries in her hands. The work establishes a visual and conceptual link between the past and the present, juxtaposing the nobility of the classical figure with the modern, commercial image of fast food from a multinational company. This juxtaposition underscores the intrusion of capitalism into all aspects of contemporary life. Through this image, Quiona+ invites reflection on the impact of large multinationals on our lives, suggesting that consumerism and the influence of modern capitalism are reconfiguring our world and our traditions in profound ways.
