These people ought to be indited for Treason.", "Grand Siege Concert under the patronage of Colonel R. S. S. Baden-Powell and Officers of the Garrison". 2. Certificate of Citizenship for Orange Free State. 3. Duplicated Boer Description by Orange Free State in Dutch, translated to English 'Description of the fugitive prisoner of war. Winston Spencer Churchill, who escaped State Model School, Pretoria on the 12th of December 1899 - Englishman, about 25 years olds, 5 feet 8 inches tall, high, medium sized build, slopes slightly forward, pale appearance. A photo that was taken about 18 months ago in a police station in Bloemfontein. The undersigned hereby declares and affirms, signed commander of the police ... Markus."
