Fossil. A perfect, very rare giant tooth of Rebbachisaurus with excellent enamel preservation, but with a worn chewing surface and preserved root. Rebbachisaurus is a genus of diplodocoid sauropods that lived in Africa during the Late Cretaceous (Albian). The holotype was found in the Tegana Formation in Morocco and described in 1954 by René Lavocat. The only species is Rebbachisaurus garasbae. Length: 63 mm In size and preservation, extremely rare! Region: Erg Remlia, Gara es Sbaa, Sahara Desert (Morocco) Period: Cretaceous: Cenomanian (about 100–94 million years ago) Specimen originates from a collection dispersal.
