Renaissance Bronze Pen Nib / Writing Implement, circa 16th–17th Century 10.2g. and 7.36cm x 1.7cm From a Private European Collection An exceptionally unusual Renaissance bronze writing implement, formed with a long pointed, leaf-shaped working end and richly engraved decoration. The rear terminates in a hollow socket with a transverse rivet hole, evidently intended for attachment to a now-lost wooden handle.
