Richard Ginori - Dinner set for 6 (18) - Porcelain - Shower

Splendid set composed of 6 appetizer plates, 6 first-course plates, 6 second-course plates, produced by the Richard Ginori manufactory, model Doccia. The plates are in good condition. The mark they bear is in blue, that of Ariston porcelain, produced in Northern Italy in the mid-twentieth century. The model is the timeless "Doccia", one of the most famous shapes of the prestigious Richard Ginori manufactory. The shape of these plates still reprises the first Doccia model, which, unlike the "Antico Doccia" model, redone by Richard Ginori starting from the late twentieth century, is of a less intense white color and has plates with smaller diameters, in line with the taste of the Fifties and Sixties, different from the modern one. Tableware with classic lines, Doccia is the place where in 1735, from the artistic and entrepreneurial intuition of Marchese Carlo Ginori, the historic Manifattura was born, the factory of white gold. The Doccia shape defines the deepest essence, which identifies the manufactory in the world as the Maison of excellence of pure porcelain and design. Curved lines and a profile inspired by late-Baroque Florentine silverware make Doccia a timeless collection. The essential white evokes a sense of coming home, to a place that is entirely ours, timeless in its beauty. Rare Article. One plate shows a minimal chip. The photographs reflect the actual condition of the item.
