Alla auktioner / Diverse / Richard Ginori - "Taormina" - Dessert service (7) - Porcelain - Antique Shower
Splendid dessert set consisting of 6 21 cm flat plates and 1 26 cm tray, produced by the Richard Ginori manufactory, Antico Doccia model, decoration "Taormina". The plates were produced in the 1990s and are inspired by the wavy profiles of dishes from Florentine Baroque silverware. The plates are in excellent overall condition. Each piece of the service is decorated with an elegant multicolored composition in shades of red and gray, which enhances the charm and elegance of the timeless Antico Doccia service. A tableware set with classic lines, Doccia is the place where, in 1735, from the artistic and entrepreneurial vision of Marquis Carlo Ginori, the historic Manifattura was born, the factory of white gold. The Antico Doccia form defines the deepest essence, identifying the manufactory in the world as a Maison of excellence of pure porcelain and design. Curved lines and a profile inspired by Florentine late-Baroque silverware make Antico Doccia a timeless collection. The essential white evokes a sense of coming home, to a place all ours, timeless in its beauty. Perfect condition.
