It concerns the original "Barcellona" Braided Leather Shoe Chest from the ultra-luxury Milanese design house Riviere (part of the renowned Giobagnara group). This masterpiece is entirely handcrafted in Milan by top artisans who employ generation-spanning ancestral techniques. The chest is built with a sleek, hand-braided pattern of the finest Italian saddle leather in an elegant ivory/cream color. This model is sold exclusively to order as bespoke through high-end platforms such as Artemest and Kneen & Co. The list price of this exclusive shoe chest ranges between €2,600 and €5,500 (depending on the exact indoor/outdoor specifications). A unique opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts of high-end Italian design (in the style of Bottega Veneta / Pinetti) to acquire a couture-quality piece of furniture without the usual production time of 8 to 16 weeks. These types of exclusive chests are fully handwoven by Italian artisans in Milan and would normally be found in multimillion-dollar penthouses, high-end walk-in closets, or on luxury mega-yachts.
