Collier Croix de Saint Benoît – Obsidienne – The Insignia of Exorcism Against Evil. This obsidian necklace bears Saint Benedict’s exorcism cross engraved with sacred Latin formulas, a true defensive relic to repel the attacks of the demon and keep evil at bay. When shadows thicken and hostile forces seek to breach the threshold of the visible world, there exist sacred emblems engraved to decisively break the advance of evil. At the forefront of these combat relics stands Saint Benedict’s exorcism cross, a formidable instrument of faith whose very presence neutralizes threats from the unseen. Face to chaos, this cross acts as an active barrier. The sacred words carved on its surface command the obscure forces to retreat: they disarm invisible assaults, annihilate curses, and restore an impregnable peace around the bearer. History & Secrets of the Symbol: The Exorcism Cross: The Shield Against the Demon Officially sanctioned by the papal bull of 1742, this cross constitutes the Church’s major liturgical weapon for deliverance. Used in the most stringent protection rituals, it traditionally serves to break malefice, close passages to negative influences, and sanctify the life of the wearer. The Central Insignia: Crux Sacra Sit Mihi Lux On the central branches of the cross are engraved in relief the initials of the divine command: C S S M L (vertical): Crux Sacra Sit Mihi Lux – May the Holy Cross be my light. N D S M D (horizontal): Non Draco Sit Mihi Dux – Let not the demon be my guide. The Four Medallions and the Vade Retro Satana At the four ends of the cross, the circular medallions concentrate the famous banishing formula of the forces of discord: C S P B: Crux Sancti Patris Benedicti – Cross of Saint Peter Benedict. V R S N S M V - S M Q L I V B: Vade Retro Satana, Non Suade Mihi Vana, Sunt Mala Quae Libas, Ipse Venena Bibas – Begone Satan, do not tempt me; what you offer is evil, drink your poisons yourself. The Obsidian: The Mirror of Protection With a deep and pure black, obsidian acts as a barrier against malevolence and invisible attacks. Its sober presence provides a solid strength that amplifies the defensive authority of this exorcism cross.
