San Diego, California. $10 1929 Ty. 2. Fr. 1801-2. United States NB. Charter #10391. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. Unrecorded among a population of 46 notes recorded here by the National Bank Note Census, this Choice Uncirculated T2 $10 issued by the United States National Bank of San Diego (Charter# 10391) stands as a veritable paragon among its peers. Graded Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ by PMG, the significance of this piece becomes clear when held against the records enumerated by the National Bank Note Census as its closest peer in technical terms has been graded Choice New 63 PPQ by PCGS Currency. Further held together with the fact that San Diego and its environs are already well-collected by National Bank Note enthusiasts, it takes little to figure that a premium bid will likely be warranted should one wish to claim this note for themselves. Estimate: $2,000 - $3,000. Click here for certification details from PMG.
