The color exploding on the canvas is not chosen at random: it is the same as the interior of the egg, as if the essence of the gesture were transformed into painting. In Desecrated, the artist performs a visceral yet lucid intervention, where apparent vandalism becomes a new language. It is a challenge to the passive respect of the “untouchable” image, but also a generative gesture: from the blow emerges a new balance, a new tension between past and present. It is a desecration, yes, but sacred in its own way — because it transforms a primitive gesture into an aesthetic statement. SHIPPING INSURED!
