Set di 12 Coltelli da Tavola in Argento 800 e Acciaio...

Splendid vintage set composed of 12 place knives (large menu knives) of Italian manufacture from the mid-20th century. The handles are made of solid 800 silver, finely decorated in a classic style with elegant shell motifs and volutes at the tip (style reminiscent of Chippendale/Baroque). The blades are of the highest quality stainless steel produced in Maniago, the famous Italian knife city. Details and Punching: • Blade mark: The prestigious historic logo with Saint George slaying the dragon is present, along with the inscription of the mark "CORICAMA INOXID". • Motto engraved: Above the shield is the famous period slogan of the company: "HO VINTO LA RUGGINE" (I HAVE WON THE RUST), which certifies the authenticity and the historical period of the set. • Silver assay stamp: At the base of the handle the silver assay stamp "800" is clearly impressed within the oval, accompanied by the identifying mark of the Italian craftsman. Technical specifications: • Number of pieces: 12 table knives • Length of each knife: 25 cm • Total overall weight: 1100 grams (the weight includes the stainless blades and the internal filling material of the handles, typical of this type of cutlery). Condition: The knives are in good vintage condition, with normal signs of time and superficial use (micro-scratches from washing and a light natural patina of the silver to be polished at the buyer’s discretion). Structurally solid, no wobbly blade."
