Set of magnificent omd keris handles

Two antique wooden keris handles from Java, Indonesia, probably Central or East Java, these handles were originally made for keris, the traditional Indonesian dagger, whose hilt combines a practical function with artistic and symbolic significance. Presented as a pair, they offer an opportunity to study and appreciate Javanese craftsmanship. Their precise age and regional attribution remain uncertain. Collectible examples for enthusiasts of Indonesian keris, traditional weaponry and Javanese art.
